Combine the following in a non-reactive container and allow to sit for 12 hours before serving. For best results, refrigerate after 24 hours.
  • 3 Cups Brown Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Cup Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 4 Cups Old Wayfarer Mead
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1/8 Cup Himalayan Salt
  • ¼ Cup Mustard Powder
  • ¼ Cup Fine Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Minced Garlic
  • 2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
