- 1 Cup Brown Mustard Seeds
- 4 Cups Nordic Farmhouse Mead
- 1.5 Cups Honey
- ¼ Mustard Powder
- 1/8 Cup Himalayan Salt
- 3 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
