- 2 bottles Bourbon Barrel Mead
- (Or, 3 cups of Valkyrie's Choice with 4 oz. Bourbon)
- 1 pint Olives
- 1/2 cup Pickled Jalapenos
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and keep refrigerated for 36 hours.
- Drain Olives
- Smoke over mesquite or oak at 200F for 3 hours
- Cool and enjoy
